Habits
Nocturnal, Usually found in pairs which occupy 30-200 ha territories all year around.
Habitat
Forest Shrubland Woodland Wetlands, Open forest-lands; brushes & scrubs; well forested hills and flats; inland waters and fringing forests; rainforest. Common in paperbark swampland (nest there during the dry).
Breeding
August September October, 2 to 3; white. One brood per season, Incubation 34-38 days by female. Young fledge in 7 wks.
