Diurnal, Usually in flocks, sometimes immense; movements often precede or accompany thunderstorms.
Habitat
Aerial, Migratory from Asia; mainly in centre and west; over open country generally, semi-deserts to coasts and islands.
Breeding
June to August in Asia, 1 to 3; pure white. Incubation by both sexes, copulate in mid air.
