Often join mixed feeding flocks of other birds and them become more animated.

Habitat

Forest Woodland Stone Country, Tropical northern Australia; pockets of vine forest and open mixed forest; open woodland.

Notes

Feed by fluttering out to snatch insects from the air, then returning to their perch to eat them. Permanent breeding territory but after breeding they may wander into open woodland

October November December January, 2; creamy-white.
