Description
Very variable on colour and pattern, ranging from dark grey to pale grey or brown. In many specimens there is a light grey (or yellowish) hour-glass shaped patch in the middle of the back.
Habits
Nocturnal. Burrowing species. Usually active after rain or on warm humid nights
Habitat
Forest, Woodland, Northern half of NT. Coastal, rainforests and wet sclerophyll forests to dry woodlands of the interior
