Upper half of the iris is usually bright-red. Usually a well defined contrasting black stripe over the base of the forearm and entering the axilla

Habits

Nocturnal. Similar in looks and habits to perroni

Habitat

Coastal, Forest, Woodland areas from North-western WA to Central QLD. Specimens found away from coast are usually associated with larger river systems
