Diurnal, Highly nomadic, active, darting and suspicious Travel and breed in dispersed colonies.
Habitat
Shrubland Stone Country, Scrubby vegetation on dry hillsides or flats acacia, mallee and spinifex scrubs.
Breeding
September to December sometimes later, 2; yellowish buff, with a bank of minute spots of pale slate and umber. Incubation and nest building by female, rearing shared with male.
Diet
Omnivore, Insects and nectar.
