Habits

Diurnal, It lives in pairs in the breeding grounds, and defends a well-defined territory. Nest is a small frail platform of twigs, stems and bark fragments, bounds with spider silk. Usually in a horizontal fork 20-30 mtrs from the ground.

Habitat

Woodland Forest, High in Woodland canopy, rainforest and mature dense eucalypt forest.

Breeding

October to January, 1; varies from pale bluish to green-grey. Both sexes share nest building, incubation and care of young.

Carnivore, Insects; cicadas; fruit.
